Star Noodle first opened its doors in February 2010, offering up fresh noodles, sake cocktails and Asian-inspired share plates.
Originally located off the beaten track in the Lahaina Industrial Park, the Maui restaurant created a buzz with local residents and island guests who flocked to sample its unique flavors and family-style dining.
Now into its 14th year of operation, Star Noodle continues to be one of Maui’s most popular eateries. relocated to its new front street location, our guests now enjoy the same great and innovative food paired with amazing ocean views.
